Is it ok that I wonder if loneliness can give someone cancer?

I know

Cancer

The silent killer.

The unpredictable, unbiased, untraceable assassin.

It strikes young and old,

with no regard, not even a little, for economic status,

popularity

or skin color.

But sometimes

…just sometimes…

I wonder if cancer sees the sorrowful heart of the very lonely

and preys.

So, just in case, let’s pray for the lonely.

“For my father and my mother have forsaken me, but the Lord will take me in.” Psalm 27:10
